BLACK PINEAPPLE RUM
A mid-2017 addition to the Jamaica Cove rum range, boasting a bounty of pineapple deliciousness! This sweet tipple is made with a blend of Jamaican rums distilled in both pot stills and column still, along with a helping of the aforementioned tropical fruit.
Named after the Peaky Blinders street gang from the later 19th and early 20th Century, this is a black spiced rum that has been blended with various spices to help accentuate the rum's flavour profile. As such, this expression features big ol' helpings of vanilla, clove and flamed orange peel notes.
PUSSER'S BLUE LABEL
The colour is a rich mahogany, though clear. The aroma is a burst of classic Demerara with a wonderful mix of brown sugar and molasses. Notes of leather, tobacco, dried sultanas, nutmeg, clove, and cassia. The aroma finishes with soft oak, caramel, and rich English toffee
RON CUBAY 3YR OLD
Matured for three years, the Carta Blanca is the youngest rum from the Cuban producers, Ron Cubay. Made exclusively using Cuban molasses, it's a top quality rum for cocktails or even enjoyed neat.
AÑEJO 5 YEAR
5 year old Cuban rum distilled in Heriberto Duquesne, Villa Clara. They characteristically produce a lighter style of rum attributed to the rum being matured in 180 litre oak casks. That suits being enjoyed neat, although this is still rather yummy with a few ice cubes or poured in a simple cocktail.

The entry-level release from Martinique's Habitation Saint-Étienne - a top quality rhum agricole.
Rhum Agricole is a style of rum which originates from the French Caribbean islands, while most rum you’ll encounter is made using molasses, Rhum Agricole is made by fermenting and distilling the juice pressed from sugar cane.
TWO SPARROWS CITRUS & SALTED CARAMEL RUM
From Two Swallows comes a spiced rum, produced by the Diamond Distillery in Guyana which was then infused with candied citrus and salted caramel! It's not an every day combination, but darn does it work wonders.
